We are based in Rotterdam and cater throughout the Netherlands. We cook at your location: at home, at the office, or at an event venue.
We serve a Walking Dinner from 25 guests. Foodstands can be booked from a single stand. Booked on their own, bites have a minimum of 200; combine them with a Walking Dinner or foodstands and that minimum falls away.
Every price includes a complete culinary experience, professional staff, and all the crockery and cutlery required.
Yes. No two events are the same, and neither are two groups of guests. We agree every dietary requirement and allergy with you in advance, so everyone at the table can enjoy the evening without a second thought.
You will receive a tailored proposal within one working day, setting out the menu, staffing and schedule.
In three steps. You tell us about your event: the venue, the number of guests and what you have in mind. We then work out a tailored, transparently priced proposal. On the night we set up, cook, serve and leave the venue clean, so you get to be a guest at your own event.
Six to eight small courses served while your guests stand, move around and talk. It lets a large group fit into a compact space, and everyone has eaten within about two hours without the evening ever stalling.
We can. With Custom Catering we put together a fully personal menu in close consultation with you, from amuse to dessert. Designing such a menu carries a €100 contribution up front, which you get back afterwards as a discount on the final invoice.
